Annulment of Marriage

I am on H1B. I have a case of annulment, to get my marriage cancelled. The marriage certificate, registered at a court of law in India and supporting documents are fake. I was never involved in a legal relation with this person. The marriage certificate dates back to May 2007. Now I wish to cancel this marriage without going to fight to prove this as a false case, as this might lead to many complications. I want to file this case from here, though the person is in India and there are no chances for that person to make it here. I would like to know if I can cancel this marriage legally here, without that person's involvement.

In order to get a marital annulment in the U.S., one needs to petition the court for an annulment, and use the acceptable grounds for annulment in your state. Grounds for annulment can be different than grounds for divorce. in any case, you must prove to a court that something untoward happened to get you to the altar. hi i just want to know that whether i can seek annulment on the basis of fact my wife and in-laws never disclosed to me that my wife had one of her ovary and tube removed (whether in eyes of law it can be taken as fraud as it might affect her fertility) and i have still not consummated my marriage as girl is suffering from vaginismus
