you are not the only one with these feelings. i have been divorced for 4 yrs and still harbor these feelings no you dont need to see someone, just let time heal. it seems as if you feel guilt over ending the marriage, you see men have a way of making us feel as if its all our fault but there must have been a strong reason for ending it, put the guilt in a ballon and let it so up in the sky.trust me it works, do things that bring you joy.i find that my son brings me the greatest joy and we do alot together hes only 4 and i am seeing the world thru his eyes now, its the best healer of all.....
